31st December: Today would have been Tegan's
17th birthday and I'm sure she would have been all excited
as well as acting surprised about what she may have received for
her birthday, but of course many hints would have been dropped
along the way reminding people of her special day!
Tegan today would now be proudly driving around
in probably her own car and visiting as many family members and
friends as were possible so everyone could share in her excitement.
Being Summer, Teegs would also be working on that tan she was
renowned for, so much so, each year she would be invariably asked
if she was Aboriginal hence one of her school nicknames.
One can only imagine what Teegs would now be
doing if there is an after life but assuming there is, Teegs in
Heaven would no doubt be telling jokes, sharing stories, smiling,
having fun and generally being the life of her own party.
I'm sure Teegs would also be getting spoilt
by her 'Pa', her Great Nanna and Auntie Jo's
Mum as well as getting fit with super triathlete Gudrun 'Goodie'
Meyer-Boehm. (Goodie was due to compete this month in the Canberra
Half-Ironman Triathlon wearing Teegs wristband but died suddenly
and unexpectedly in Brisbane on 1st December so our thoughts and
prayers go out to her family).

below who miss and love you dearly.
